During my time supporting Make-A-Wish Georgia, I led digital and community engagement efforts across social media, email, and website platforms. My focus was on amplifying storytelling that inspired donors, volunteers, and families while maintaining consistency across every channel. I managed day-to-day content creation and scheduling, developed fundraising and awareness campaigns, and wrote and designed newsletters reaching over 30,000 subscribers. I also helped update and maintain website content, ensuring each story, event, and campaign reflected the organization’s mission of hope and impact. Through this work, I learned how strategy and empathy combine to drive meaningful engagement and measurable growth.
